Unified identity for 150,000+ people across 2,000+ companies in 160+ countries into one governed, Okta-based platform. Owned the USD 20M budget, chaired the governance forum that kept CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs aligned, and took the investment case to the board myself.

Built and maintained FIPS 140-2 compliant, classified network environments. Worked directly with government and regulatory bodies to secure compliance approvals, and led classified deployments for government, FTSE 100, and NASDAQ clients.

Built a Site Reliability Engineering practice where none existed. Delivered 99.999% uptime across multi-datacentre infrastructure, owned the full security posture — pentesting, vulnerability management, audit compliance — end to end.

Built the frameworks other people have to follow. Founded governance bodies from scratch — WPP's Global IDAM Design Authority, Rio Tinto's Engineering Chapter — that turned scattered decision-making into standards adopted org-wide.
