Who we are

NightOS Solutions is an independent consultancy operated by an individual, available globally and based in Australia. This policy covers nightos.com and its subdomains, and explains what information is collected through this site and why.

What we collect

Two parts of the site collect personal information directly from you:

• The contact form — your name, email address, optional company name, and message.
• Account sign-up — an email address, and either a phone number (for phone sign-in) or a username and password, depending on how you choose to sign in. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email, and profile photo your Google account shares with us.

We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other sites.

How we use it

• Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry.
• Account information is used to authenticate you and operate the members area you signed up for.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Third-party services we rely on

Running this site means a few specialist providers process data on our behalf, each only for the purpose below:

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions by email.
• Firebase (Google) — handles authentication (Google, phone, and username sign-in) and stores account records.
• Vercel — hosts the site and processes standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

Data retention and your rights

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond to them, and account data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@nightos.com.
